Stephen Henderson is a California Real Estate Broker who has built his business around his values. Since becoming licensed in 2015, Stephen has earned his reputation based on reliability and trust.
Born in Oxnard, raised in Ventura and Ojai, Stephen has a deep-rooted family history spanning from Camarillo to Santa Barbara. He is intimately familiar with many of
these local neighborhoods.
Prior to real estate, Stephen worked with aerospace-grade titanium and specialty metals, developing a very detail-oriented approach to his work that now greatly benefits his clients. He holds an associate's degree in Instrumentation and Mechanical electronics, along with multiple certifications in metallurgy, welding, and brazing.
Today, Stephen applies that same discipline and work ethic to his real estate business, delivering a smooth, low-stress, and fun experience from start to finish. He is deeply committed to staying ahead of the industry changes by continually investing in his education, earning several advanced designations, including his GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), GREEN (Renewable energy and efficiency) , and his ALHS (Accredited Luxury Home Specialist) designation.

Before focusing more fully on real estate, Andrea worked in obstetric ultrasound, where she cared for people during some of the happiest and, at times, most difficult moments of their lives. The experience taught her the importance of listening, communicating with compassion, paying close attention to details, and guiding people through situations that can feel emotional or uncertain.
Those qualities have become an important part of the way Andrea approaches real estate. She understands that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction—it often represents a major life change.
